Tried Fiore last night for the soft open. Place was great, very relaxed. Drinks were creative and well mixed. Food varied from good to great. We tried a mix of the sharables, best was the mushrooms in gorganzola & the pork belly. Least favorite was the octopus (cooked perfect but missing some flavor). The place is privacy, but it's definitely something the area lacks. Service was 10/10, but it wouldn't be a kid friendly place to have our little ones tag along. We'll definitely be back again.

This place is perfect for a date night, girls night, casual drinks, and everything in between! The cocktails were absolutely off the charts. Tapas were delicious and came out quickly. Lovely atmosphere with an even lovelier staff. Kaitlyn helped our table and did a great job. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of visiting this fine establishment on yesterday with a colleague. The ambiance was impeccable. A business partner recommended it and its was a great decision. We had a phenomenal time with Kevin. His attitude and professionalism is infectious and I would hire him anytime to manage my entire business. Successful individuals allows businesses to flourish. Kudos to the chef for the wonderful small plates . It was a bit of confusion when entering. A female who didnt speak English well greeted us with jeans . I didnt know she worked in this establishment. Everything else was great . I cant wait to visit again .

It was a dinner to celebrate a friends birthday! I chose the place because it is so centrally located and because it was a new restaurant that I wanted to try out. The place is spacious with several tables comfortably spread out. The live music was a welcome touch. Since it was a Thursday night, there were very few guests. The appetizers (burrata and garlic shrimp) were quite good. The burrata was served with fresh arugula and it could have come with its own toasted bread slices; the garlic shrimp could have been more garlicky, but it was served with a few toasted bread slices. No serious complaints here. We ordered a bottle of moscato, since it was half price bottles on Thursdays. For the main entree, I ordered the shrimp etouffee and my friend ordered the salmon. My dish was well cooked and tasty. The jumbo shrimp and the spicy sausage were perfect. However, my friends salmon was undercooked. Couldnt finish her dish. The chef/ manager did come by and apologize for the inedible dish and it was taken off the tab. But the harm was done and the bday girl didnt get to enjoy her main entree! We did try to salvage the outing with a shared dessert. The creme brle was really good. The best thing we had all evening. There was a little confusion about the billing, that was easily corrected with a call. Kevin was most helpful in resolving the issue. I think the restaurant has a little ways to go before it can become a favorite for many.

Fiore is hands down, one of the best restaurants Ive visited for lunch. Great selection of tapas, wine and cocktails. The bone marrow is delicious and the charcuterie was an excellent appetizer (or even meal) to split. Our service was great as well with Jackson being super attentive and accommodating. Definitely finish your meal off with the crme brle. Will be back on my next trip to Charlotte.
