I always enjoy getting a double Diamond and the deviled eggs. The food is usually tasty at firebirds. I tried the Parmesan crusted chicken and would highly recommend it. This particular location seems a little cramped and you cant see them cooking in the kitchen like other locations. I do enjoy that this location is close to my house and will be back. The server was excellent and was very suggestive and attentive to our needs.

We celebrated our 18th anniversary tonight and it was amazing all around. Stacey was our server and we never wanted for anything! I ordered the salmon and shrimp. My shrimp was undercooked and they made it right. The manager noticed I didn't have an an entree while husband did and stopped to ask was everything OK. She immediately apologized and gave us a free item. I highly recommend a reservation to be seated timely, which we had. Thanks again Stacey for helping us make this celebration perfect!

It was our anniversary today. My wife and I along with our two boys went here for dinner and it was a terrible experience. I had clearly mentioned in my reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary today. However, there was not a single person in the restaurant who came forward to wish us, including the server Jason. Worse, we were not offered the complimentary bread and it was frustrating to see others were offered bread, butter etc. right in front of us? I must say the server, Jason definitely needs some training and coaching. His overall service was very poor. My son didnt get his fruits (as a part of the kids menu) and his order was messed up. Overall, a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We have dined at other firebirds restaurants and the service has always been top notch. Im hoping the restaurant owner understands that if someone is spending upwards of $150 and you mess up their special day, it really leaves a bad taste. We are not coming here again.

The hubs and I frequently visit Firebirds in Charlotte a few times per year and were excited to see that Fort Mill was opening one. We waited till the hype died down before visiting at lunchtime. While the outdoor atmosphere was great and the server was knowledgeable and attentive, the food lacked big time for us. Not only was the food lukewarm, but it was missing the flavor weve come to like about Firebirds. The business also shares parking with three other businesses so hoping to find parking near the restaurant may be impossible. The hubs mentioned they were a new location and still had to grow but we both decided to continue visiting the Charlotte locations!

Interesting place. Lots of energy here. The chili was very good. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were too spicy for my tastes. The cheesecake didn't disappoint. The bread was marginal.

Had an amazing time here! Started with the lobster spinach queso dip with warm tortilla chips. SO good! Then the ribs with potatoes au gratin. The meat fell off the bone and the potatoes were so well flavored and cheesy. We finished with the brownie sunday that comes with a little cup of warm caramel to pour over it. Every bite was perfection Our waitress was fantastic and we never had to ask for anything because she was already taking care of us. Truly a memorable meal! Definitely going back!!!

Im not sure why there are negative reviews about this place. From start to finish, this place deserves 10 stars. My sister took me there for my birthday, and as soon as we walked in the door, we were welcomed and warmly greeted. They even decorated our table for my birthday dinner. No other restaurant has ever done that. Kelly is the most amazing server that I think Ive ever had, and Ive worked in the service industry for years! She was very attentive and checked on us throughout our time there. Food was great, and the attention to detail throughout the meal was impeccable! We have been to the location at Stonecrest before, but this will probably be our new go to location! Thank you Kelly and everyone else for your wonderful hospitality tonight!!!!

So, this was my first time eating here at Firebirds. Me and my lady was celebrating my Birthday . We had the pleasure of having Noah as our waiter. He did a outstanding job serving up. Yes top tier. The food was amazing also. The Philly Cheesesteak appetizer was delicious. I had the ribs, with Au Gratin potatoes and carrots . Whew good eating. She had the steak pasta with broccoli . And our drinks was on point as well. I will definitely come back again. Please, again I want to recognize Noah for the great experience. Thank you.

This was our first time at the fort Mill Firebirds. We went for our anniversary and I had let them know that's why we were coming. They decorated the table and put a sign on the table saying happy anniversary. We were told that we would get a free dessert for our anniversary on the phone when I made the reservation, but had to ask the server for it when he tried to sell us dessert, this was the only negative to the evening. Our server was a very young kid. Ruth Kris gives us free dessert and coffee without us asking ever year for our anniversary. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Will be back very soon. Great experience.

My Fiance and I are from NY and wanted to have a nice relaxing sit down after church! The firebird wood grill was the best choice and we are so glad we decided to go here for lunch. Jennifer was our server and she was absolutely amazing! At the end of our meal, we ended it the Crme brle cheesecake, which was delicious. Would heavily recommend this place to anyone. Once again shout out to Jennifer for being so generous.
