TCBY Ballantyne Village

Every so often we stop at this TCBY store. In fact, whenever we eat at a neighboring restaurant, we usually reserve the dessert space for the yogurt ice cream they offer. Plenty of elbow room inside, friendly attendants and good selection of flavors, which changes every so often. All the goodies you may want to top off your yogurt. Prices are market prices. By the pound. Essay access parking.

Ridiculously over prices for a self serve yogurt chain. I had a TCBY near me as a child that was light years betters than what they have become. 11 dollars for a yogurt with a little bit of candy.. I was ashamed of myself for paying that much for my sweet-tooth hankering. It's obvious TCBY wont be around much longer... they're always empty..each one I ever see... good riddance hopefully by 2020

Unbelievable. Longtime fan but unfortunate changes. One size fits all is the new norm. No more multiple sizes. I cant imagine how discouraging customers from spending more money is good for business? Shorter hours. Out of toppings. Out of clear plastic tops for to-go. TCBY going down the hill fast. Sell immediately.

I dont think they clean the tanks properly because the dairy has made me sick twice. Plus they switched to dairy free coconut ice cream which tastes like sun tan lotion.

Went for Mother's Day, many of the items were not filled such as the strawberries and sprinkles. Customer service was decent. Not the best Mother's Day experience.
