My daughter and her friends had such a great time celebrating her 10th birthday with Truffles and Bubbles! Esa provided such a great education of where cacao beans are grown and how they are turned into chocolate! The kids loved getting to make their own truffles and take them home to enjoy. I would highly recommend having your next girls night out or celebration here for a one of a kind experience!

If you havent tried this chocolate yet, you are seriously missing out. She sources her cacao internationally and makes everything as pure and from scratch as possible you can truly taste the difference. There are no shortcuts here, just incredible quality, craftsmanship, and passion in every single bite. Hands down the best chocolate in Charlotte and honestly, possibly the best Ive ever had. The flavor is rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can tell so much care goes into every batch. If you love real, high-quality chocolate, this is the place. Absolutely amazing.

Best chocolate truffles I've ever had BY FAR! Esa is *such* a sweetheart and any time I order I have to stop in and chit chat. Her chocolate is made with real cacao and is nothing like that waxy stuff you get elsewhere. It has truly changed me from someone who thought they didn't like chocolate in to a chocolate fiend. High on quality low on sugar, the texture is smooth, velvety, and truly melts in your mouth. We've placed catering orders with her before and were not disappointed. She produces the same quality every time. I just adore her AND her chocolate. For those intimidated by ordering from a website instead of going in to a store front, she is very friendly and easy to talk to and I recommend giving her call or emailing if you have questions. She also teaches classes which was a delightful way of meeting others while sampling all her fun goodies. Highly recommend picking up some of her chocolates as a great gift for the hard to buy for. It's impossible to disappoint and the strawberry or orange truffles are to die for
