The Colony Road Three Amigos has been packed every visit. The staff is very pleasant and the food is delicious. They make all the sauces from scratch and it really comes through when you taste the food. My favorite is the enchiladas al horno, shredded chicken enchiladas verde with a blanket of melty cheese with grilled cambray onions. If you like spicy, be sure to ask for their salsa verde, it is pured jalapenos sometimes it is pure fire, in the best way. Their margaritas are delicious, they squeeze fresh limes + lemons for their mix and you can really taste the difference, you never want a store bought, corn syrup mix again. There's a small patio, arrive early in the evening, there is one corner table in the shade and order some tequila and queso with chorizo pronto.

The best hospitality the staff super nice, manager the best. Best Mexican food in Charlotte. Im just planing go back, i traveled from Rhode Island and Im just planning my next trip only to eat in Three amigos. Margaritas uff delicious

It's Taco Tuesday I visited here awhile ago , decided to come back & realized they have totally remodeled in the inside and I love it . The waterfall outside on the patio is a mini tropical vibe . Although I didn't really order the tacos this time around I tried one of their signature entree dishes. I want to start by saying they give you a gracious amount , it was no way I was going to be able to eat all of this food . Arroz con polo was the dish of choice . I squeezed my lime over the rice etc for an extra zest of flavor & it was perfect . Im loving that this location is not far from my house at all . Side note : If you're a lover of all things ginger like me , make sure you try this ginger Margarita it was sooo good .

Such a great vibe, customer service and food. Visited last night with friends and we loved it. I was so excited that I could order my chimichanga vegetarian, which I don't get to do at many places. Everything was super fresh and the wait staff went above and beyond for our comfort. I totally recommend.
