Cocoa Lab is pleased to present a new roster of baking and pastry classes for 2019, with a delicious schedule set for the first half of the year.
In each Cocoa Lab session, students work alongside one of the chefs of The Ritz-Carlton to learn baking techniques and prepare menu items featuring fresh and local flavors in a hands-on learning environment. Students receive personalized instruction from the chef, along with complimentary parking, a recipe collection of the day’s creations, a keepsake apron, and the day’s delectable creations, all included in the $150 USD class fee.
