Face2Face Haiti Cornhole Tournament & Fundraiser ~ WHEN: Saturday, June 2, 2018 ~ WHERE: The Unknown Brewing Co. 1327 S. Mint St., Charlotte, NC 28203 ~ TIME: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM * Check-in 12:00 PM * Tournament start time 1:00 PM ~ TEAM REGISTRATION: $100.00 per team (2 people) * 3 games guaranteed * Cash prizes (and Bragging Rights)! * $350 for 1st place winner; $150 for 2nd place winner ~ REGISTER NOW!: http://www.avondalepresbychurch.org/haitifund ~ PURPOSE: All monies raised will be used to support the building of the Milot Mission House in Haiti. Avondale Presbyterian Church and other organizations have been in partnership with the Milot community for the past seven years. The Milot community shared their vision of building a Mission House that would house and feed medical providers and mission groups. For a modest fee, groups will receive housing and meals during their trip. The Mission House will eventually be self-sustaining for its basic function, employ a local work force, and provide revenue for their community meal program. Construction has started and we are ready to PUT A ROOF ON IT. Your sponsorship will help complete the Milot community’s vision. ~ SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION: This fundraiser is seeking sponsors. All sponsorships include recognition on event promotional materials and onsite tournament printed materials and video, plus live announcements and recognition throughout the event; one complimentary team registration per $250 increment. ~ SPECTATE: Don't play cornhole? Come spectate! Unknown Brewery will donate $1 per purchase of a designated beer! Plus, there's fun to be had supporting the cause. ~ DONATIONS: Can't make the tournament? Donations are welcomed!
