Amazing visit at STK during their opening week. Please be patient as the staff works through the demand and the new restaurant. We had reservations at 9 pm it took an additional 20 minutes to get seated but after that, the party was on! STK is a steakhouse with a lounge experience and, great music selection in the evening. Modern plates with an upscale feel. The steak was seasoned to perfection, hand crafted drinks and the appetizer Calamari was wonderful.

I've been waiting for this restaurant to open, and I'm glad we got a chance to try it pretty quickly. We went on a Friday night, and it was very packed. We had a reservation, I think that's probably a must especially on the weekend. The restaurant is very nice. Of course for dinner it was dimly lit, which was perfect. The upstairs is now open, and they have a couple of private rooms, a pool table, and some game tables, where it looks like you can sit and eat or play Pac-Man. There's also a bar upstairs if the one downstairs is too full. The space is not huge, but they did a really nice job of laying it out, and I think once the outside patio opens, it's gonna be nice because there will be even more seating options for guests. I didn't get to try any cocktails on this visit, but they all sound so good. I did have a glass of Riesling, which was pretty tasty. The bread was brought out to our table as a starter and oh my goodness I don't know what they put in that butter or in that green sauce, but I ate more than I should have because it was so good. In case you didn't already know, the sides are shareable. I ordered the Caesar salad, which was good, but had just a little too much dressing for my personal taste. The salad was huge. Definitely something that 2 to 3 people could have enjoyed. We tried the lobster mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, and asparagus, all were excellent, I really loved the Brussels, they were smoky and sweet and possibly the best I've had. They had large chunks of bacon throughout , which I loved. For my entre, I went with the lobster linguine at the suggestion of our server Dee. It did not disappoint. I added two jumbo shrimp, and that was perfect to go along with the large chunks of lobster throughout the dish. The staff was amazing. We got to meet the GM and the head chef, they were so awesome. The private room we sat in was perfect for our party of six. There was a buffet and a TV which was nice.. we really enjoyed our visit.

My favorite steakhouse has finally arrived in Charlotte. The atmosphere is very beautiful and there is upstairs and downstairs dining areas and bars. The bartenders are amazing and created so many delicious cocktails for our table. Our waiter was so informative and constantly checked on us to ensure satisfaction with food beverages etc. We experienced "Shot Oclock" which was very fun! Now for thr good...the braised short rib was falling off the bone and very flavorful. The crab cake with mustard cream sauce was giving very much maryland style with chuncky peices of crabmeat. The wagyu steak literally melts in your mouth. I would also highly recommend the tots, parm mash and Brussel sprouts. Yes we tried almost everything. Sadly there was no room for dessert. But we will be back. Also check out their happy hour for great food and great prices. Thank me later!

Greg and Mickey were absolutely amazing. The best servers by far. They were professional, attentive, and very nice. I highly recommend them both. The food was amazing. It came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. We will be returning. 10/10 highly recommend!
