We had booked a deluxe double Queen Suite with a sofa bed, but when we arrived they told us that it was now a king room with a sofa bed. This new room had less space for our family. The coffee machine in the room did not work. The furniture was broken and or dilapidated. The curtains were ripped. The children were excited to go swimming and one of them jumped in but it was too cold for them to swim. We were only given one remote for the two televisions, and when we called down to the front desk they said we could come down and get another one. The one that they gave us had corroded batteries and did not work. The coffee that was left out for the guests during the day was lukewarm. The egg and sausage selection were gross both days with pools of water and sloppy eggs and sausage. No one seemed to eat them. There was a hairbrush behind the coffee station. The furniture in the room was dirty. The bathroom door did not lock. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. Now that the stuff that they need to improve is out of the way - there were several nice things. The rest of the room and the sheets and pillows were generally clean. They had extra pillows for us. They accommodated a High room on the third floor which was fun. The rest of the buffet was nice. The employees were friendly.

Everything was amazing the front desk staff was just nice anything I needed they were able to help me with. The gentleman man with the purple hair helped me when I checked in on Monday and he was just very well mannered and respectful. I will definitely be back. Only thing I did not like is that there was allot of foot traffic on the 3rd floor at night but other than that everything was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Bed Bugs. Don't do it. It was a nightmare. We booked the hotel for the indoor pool which was closed for the duration of our stay. In the first room we were given, the heater did not work, and it was cold in December. The second room we got moved to was infested with bed bugs. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we woke up the next morning when I was COVERED in bites. Once I started looking around, we saw actual bed bugs. When I let the front desk know and asked for a big trash bag for all of our belongings, they acted unconcerned and just handed over a big bag. No offer of a refund... nothing. I itched for 2 straight weeks, had to throw out a favorite pillow, and purchase bed bug traps for our home out of concern that we brought them home with us. AVOID this hotel. If they had acted concerned or like they were going to do anything besides book the next unsuspecting traveler in that room, maybe I wouldn't have taken the time to write this.

Breakfast and rooms are OK. Was going to work with the laptop at the lounge in front of reception on 26th Dec at 5 a.m. The guy from reception in a very rude form kicked me out and said the only time I can be there is breakfast time, even though I was in the lounge, not in the dining room. So If you are planning to have an on-line meeting or work-space outside of your room (perhaps you have children or for other reasons), this hotel is not a good choice.

Cockroach!!!! Disgusting!!! front desk and manager are liar! They said will refund me , its a good communication without any issue so we left without any doubt and booked another hotel! but they broke their words! Every time I called for my money, manager is always not available! They even ignore calls and email from booking who is trying to help me! All over the world, This is the only one hotel behave like this and work in this way!!!
