Learn how to make and use some core Asian sauces with Michael Le, chef/owner of Hello Uncle, on Tuesday, March 17 from 5:30-7 p.m. at Free Range Brewing. Le hosts a cooking demonstration of three sauces using Asian pantry staples and explains how to best use them. Guests can sample three dishes.
