This one-night-only experience features five thoughtfully paired beers and four chef-driven courses, showcasing the creativity, intention, and care that define both Pilot Brewing and Edwin’s Organix. Each beer is highlighted throughout the evening to complement the flavors on the plate and elevate every course. Tickets are $75 per person.

Appetizers
• Spicy tuna crispy rice
•Tostada de steak – steak tartare
Course One
•Roasted miso butter cabbage, smothered in cauliflower macha Veracruz cream sauce, topped with deep-fried outer cabbage leaves and parmesan
Course Two
•Sous vide Argentinian sea bass, pan seared and served with tomato guajillo sauce, with creamy cauliflower mashed potatoes and broccolini
Dessert
•Blue cheese Basque cheesecake topped with blackberry wine sauce
