Brisket + Biscuits: The BBQ Brunch, on Saturday, March 28 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Town Brewing, is part of the Carolina BBQ Festival Series. This is your chance to spend a Saturday afternoon tasting brunch-inspired barbecue creations from an all-star lineup of pitmasters and chefs, built around collaboration and Carolina tradition.
Your $35 ticket includes tastings from the pitmasters and chefs across six total stations. Many of the chefs and pitmasters are pairing up to create exclusive dishes that you won’t find anywhere else. Expect creative takes that bring together barbecue craft and brunch comfort in one unforgettable lineup.
