I wish I could give 10 stars. Here is what happened: I was in a hurry and left my laptop on the plane around 11 am. By the time I realized it, it was 1 pm so I dashed back to the airport to find the lost bag area for Delta. You see, my laptop was issued to me from work, and I had an important presentation on it. So, it was the most important thing I packed for my trip to Charlotte. It was the entire reason I was there. I alerted Mona and her baggage assistant Terrell I lost it. They could tell I was extremely upset and sprang imto action. They were bound and determined to get it back and truly bent over backwards for me. The plane had left Charlotte by then but they made some calls and found out the laptop was turned into a Delta employee in Atlanta. Mona's supervisor happened to be teaching a class in Atlanta but would be flying back to Charlotte that night. After many calls and texts, the two connected the of dots and the supervisor agreed to fly the laptop back to Charlotte and turn it into Delta lost bag area. I was told to come back to the airport around 8:3o or 9 pm to pick it up. I couldn't believe it! I thanked them profusely and sure enough, around 8 pm I got a text from a Delta employee that my laptop was ready for pick up. This was an absolute miracle!!! Any other airline and none of this would have happened. I'm absolutely blown away by team work and the kindness I was shown. Thank you so much Delta!

Flew with Delta from CLT to JFK for the first part of an international trip on 3/25/23, Gate A11, departed at 5:55pm. I was called to the desk for passport verification. Jackenia, Delta employee, was rude and unprofessional. No greeting, did not look up from her personal cellphone, placed in earbuds, mumbled, passport, and held her hand up, making no attempt to reach across the desk, never looked up from scrolling on her phone. No eye contact for the entirety of the encounter, only word spoken was passport. I was left feeling as if I was a nuisance and have a sneaking suspicion others had/ will have similar encounters with her.

Yvonne at the Delta desk was a blessing!!! After volaris told my family of three that we couldnt bring our bags on the flight, and wed just have the clothes on our backs due to over booking we were out $3000 and had a wedding to get to in Mexico in two days. She was able to get us a flight that would get us there in time to make the wedding. She was super helpful and so nice and understanding. We cannot thank you enough!! - December 2021

I have 100% disability form the Veteran administration. I also recently recovered from 3 blood clots. I have all my paperwork documenting my breathing problems and explaining my mask Exemption. I normally have a sevice dog for this disability but he passed away last year.. this is my first flight in 8 years with out him.. Delta refused to accept my disability paperwork. I would not suggest flying with them. I flew cross country with American Airlines with the mask Exemption. And they worked very hard to help me.

Im giving a 2 instead of 1 just because staff member at check in helped the rude employee and set her straight. I was trying to check my bags in and she was saying we dont do that here. I said where then. You have to stand in line. No problem, I was already in line. I said where do I check my bag in. Again she said you dont. We do. Confused the mess out of me. Lucky I was in hurry. Poor tail customer service at Delta Check in Desk A on 2/28/22.
