Absolutely love this place!!! Joined yesterday and purchased a cryoslimming package but I wanted to get a simple membership so I could try out some of the other amenities as well. One day in and I changed my membership to offer more amenities. Had my first experience with Cryotherapy followed by Red Light Therapy. Brian talked me through what would happy during Cryotherapy and It was helpful to talk through those 2 and a half mins (my first session is less than the normal 3 mins) and the session and Brian did not disappoint. He made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all my questions with professionalism and experience. You can tell that all the staff have some type of background in Sports Medicine/ Science. After the Cryotherapy and Brian monitoring my body temperature (scan the calf) to bring it up to as near normal as possible, I was then escorted to the Red Light Therapy room. It is a head to toe session and I started with 12 mins. I joked with Jake at the front desk (greeted me with a friendly attiture but professional) that I was super pumped and asked if I could have music playing. He told me I could have it as loud as my phone would allow! Loved the whole experience and can't wait to go again. If you're hesitant to try, don't be! Coming from a US Army Veteran who is full of muscle soreness and life has beaten me about a bit, I get such relief from these sessions! 5 stars all round!!!
