My boys had so much fun! We took advantage of a Groupon over Spring Break. Two hours was the perfect amount of time to try each area and return to favorites. The ninja course proved to be too difficult for my athletic 11 year olds. I'm not sure this would be worth the money for much younger kids as most of the areas are better suited for tweens and teens. My only complaint was the dodgeball court was not well monitored and several teens were very poorly behaved.

Great place for birthday parties! They take care of everything- you just bring the cake. The kids had a blast, and I loved that there was no mess for me to clean up when the party was over. Will definitely use again for birthday parties.

Big Air is awesome. Great place to take kids of all ages. The location is convenient and there is tons to do. My kids love going here and will play for hours.

Update: We had our party today and it was a success. The kids and parents had a great time and 1-1.5 hours of jump time was plenty. I didnt give 5 stars because I still feel like cleanliness is lacking and the place is just way too overcrowded and understaffed. Also, the birthday party felt way too rushed (40 minutes to eat and have cake for a total of 16 kids plus parents). I understand this is a business and the more back-to-back parties they have, the more money they make, buy at some point the business owner must decide if they are willing to sacrifice client experience over money. I made the mistake of booking a birthday party online because I was worried my date/time would book before I could make it there to tour the place. After booking and paying the deposit, I went in for a tour and was shocked at how dirty the floors were. It looked like it had not be vacuumed in a LONG time. Also, the floors in the party area were so sticky. It is now too late for me to cancel because I sent the invites out immediately after booking. I was hoping to speak to a manager before the party, but no one answers the phone. I will update my review accordingly after the party. I have no problem coming back here and giving 5 stars if they make things right. In the meantime, I hope a member of management sees this review and reaches out to me.

Delicate balance between trampoline park and arcade. The bull was resting/closed during our visit. This was the main attraction for attending this trampoline park. We were super disappointed. I would suggest taking extra cash to participate in all activities, like the arcade machines. The video game on the floor was a nice addition. This place does not have the bells and whistles but a good way to burn energy.
