Nice place to take the family for a walk to see this pretty town and it's beautiful Christmas lights and decorations.
Its beautiful but a little disappointed driving through because they didn't light up the pond but if you park at the school and walk the development on either side of the school its beautiful I see something different everytime we go its a great place to go and Walk your children as well as your fur babies they love it as well
Definitely not like I imagined it would be. We were disappointed. It was myself w/ a 10 yr old & a 9 yr old so if they were disappointed after our hour drive that should tell you something. It doesn't take much to excite kids & this wasn't it.
Anyone notice how much dimmer this year? Not as pretty with only half the lights on. Budgetary problems due to Covid19 or did someone forget to throw the switch? I apologize as your quaint little town has spoiled me since childhood. Missed the big trees but most especially the Lake. Also need to get the PhD to put cones in the little triangular area on the west bound off ramp into McAdenville. This is a major accident waiting to happen. Motorists riding up to the front of the line and not being to achieve their goal of cutting in line remained in the far right lane causing cars trucks and semis slamming on brakes. I was not in a general good mood from the cheaters bit worried the whole time we were going to get rear ended and killed. This is a very dangerous thing motorists are doing and if you are hiring the state patrol to direct traffic this should be job 1. Seal those gaps with barrels. Put on the over the road signs over the interstates fines for blocking the Interstate. Again I love McAdenville and the tradition but make it safe. God bless and Merry Christmas..
What a great place to see the Christmas lights.really enjoyed them and such a site....
