The General Manager and lead staff member are standouts, showcasing remarkable hospitality and kindness. The overall atmosphere is electric and unparalleled.

First impression was this place is crowded but then it was still cold outside so perfect for the kids to play inside, there were lots of fun stuff to keep them occupied for a few hours (2 hrs) tickets. Place was generally clean including restrooms, only issue I had was that the flooring transitions are not marked or colored (highlighted) the kids seem to have a good fun time here. There is also a snack counter and refreshments on sale. Pack your own little bags and dont forget your socks its $3.50 per sock. There were adequate seating and chairs. Nice play for the kiddos to hang out but use more fun activities.

We had a fantastic experience at **Just Play Charlotte** today! I visited with my three children, two of whom are on the autism spectrum, and I was truly impressed by how welcoming and accommodating the staff were. The general manager, **Antonio**, went above and beyond to make sure our visit was smooth and enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpfulhe truly made us feel at ease. The facility itself is clean, safe, and full of fun, sensory-friendly activities that kept all three of my kids engaged. It's not always easy to find places where children with diverse needs can feel comfortable and included, but Just Play delivered in every way. Thank you, Antonio and team, for creating such a supportive and joyful environment. Well definitely be back!

Took my son here for the first time and we had a great time. It was spacious and clean. They were cleaning every now and then also. We came at a good time because it was not crowded, around 1:30 on a Tuesday. Id say there were about a dozen people. Plenty of parking as well, prices were reasonable. Two hour play time.

Decent place. This establishment is small which leads to over crowding quick. Not enough space between course: swings could not swing without touching the other swing. There isn't a lot to do here. Also, it's very sad to see parents who don't supervise their children. There is no reason why older children should be pushing away smaller children. Overall, it was nice for the kids to be kids.
