The attentiveness of the worker that was helping with the party was by far the BEST I have ever encountered because he kept refills on the drinks and handing out the food for all the guest and was very respectful!! Definitely would suggest having a party there just because the customer service!! Looking forward to going back! Came all the way from SC and I would definitely come back!

Big Air has birthday parties down to a T! My daughter said her party was the best ever! She had been begging for years to host a party at Big Air, and this year, I finally felt she was old enough. I was able to book online easily and received an email confirmation. I followed up by phone and was able to speak with a live person to confirm the details. On our arrival, staff loaded our themed plates, cake, balloons, etc onto a cart until our party room was ready. Guests were given socks and bracelets on arrival and had a blast jumping around for 90 minutes (I splurged on the extra time; the standard is an hour, I think) before being instructed to head to our party room. I was pleased to see that the table already was set up, and pizza and water were ready for the guests. The staff member tasked with helping was polite and efficient. I was pleased to see that plastic cutlery was available, as I had forgotten to bring forks for the cake! Big Air also had hand sanitiser waiting at the entrance, and candle lighters available. Communication perhaps could have been stronger when we arrived, but I suppose parties there are such a well oiled machine staff take for granted that parents know the process. Not a cheap option, but stress-free for parents and super fun for kids! (I would add that if you have young kids, you might want to suggest that parents stay instead of dropping off, or have lots of extra adults on hand, as the park is too busy and chaotic to keep an eye on everyone.)

We had an amazing time at Big Air Trampoline Park! The facility was clean, safe, and full of fun activities for kids and adults. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The kids had a great time jumping, playing, and exploring all the attractions. We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend Big Air to anyone looking for a fun family outing!

Friendly atmosphere. Decent price. One of the best places my Lil man enjoyed. We went for his birthday and was pleasantly surprised. 1st time here. Better than expected. I think they were understaffed today. Not all areas were available to play on. But he had a great time. We got a from the in-house place. It was good and fresh. We will be back in the future.
