McGill Rose Garden
The McGill Rose Garden is a non-profit organization that hosts a community area for outside organizations to hold classes and a place for local artists to portal structural art pieces. A great setting for weddings and celebrations.
Not terribly large, but very fun to walk around. If you want a neatly manicured English garden, this place is not your scene. The vibe is a lot more of a tangled jungle. Portions are not well kept up, but that makes it feel more adventuresome and wild. Seems like it would be a lovely place for an event or a wedding.
Totally recommend. The venue is perfectly nestled in the heart of downtown. A little slice of solitude and peace in the fast paced city. They were wonderful to work with for our wedding. Unfortunately, life happened and we had to shift some things. But they were super accommodating!
What a Gorgeous hidden gem!! I visited the garden last week and was blown away by the color and beauty. So many hidden corners and lovely little spots. The coffee/wine bar was the perfect spot for a lovely weeknight girls meet up!
Stumbled upon this hidden gem during a walk while visiting Charlotte and decided to go in. It was so pretty and I loved that they offered plenty of coffee and tea options along with their wine and beer selection. Wished they would've had more pastries, but came late in the day so it could be that. The garden has so many great places to sit and it smells lovely. The inside of the shop is cute too. I'd definitely visit again, it was unique and relaxing.
We love this place!! Nice time to relax after work! Can't wait till there is music in the garden!
