I went to Jos A. Banks and Mona was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. If I need a suit or anything like that I will drive the distance to this store. I mean she went above and beyond to help all of the customers out. She truly embodies the meaning of great, knowledgeable customer service.

Incongruous but interesting mix of tenants. Inside-perimeter parking is user friendly and makes finding a parking place easy. Large 24-hour grocery is nice (Harris Teeter) and the nearby office buildings are attractive. Feels safe and appears well patrolled. Unfortunately, while very conveniently located, this small mall has no unique personality or distinguishing features.

Went here for Harris Teeter. They have what I need as always and as always there was good customer service and always a smile. One of the only grocery stores I shop at. Will continue to do so as long as I continue to maintain the same customer service across the board as I am now. Having the relationship with customers helps maintain a steady customer base and I appreciate it.

Easy to park at almost any time. I can run into the Harris Teeter fairly quick on a busy day. The parking lot is well lined and never too much traffic. I feel very safe to walk around with young kids. But only as long as they are on a leash.
