What a Toy Store and Retail Experience should be. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety for all ages as well as unique items you wont find in other stores. Staff are attentive and not staring at their phones. And kids are able to walk through and experience the joys of looking at a shelf and not a screen.

You would think that an establishment that claims to have received counterfeit bills in the past would make sure to have the proper equipment to identify such bills instead of having people who lack clear vision make assumptions. In another note its discrimination when you over analyze cash from certain individuals and not others. It was clearly discrimination in this case because after confirming with the bank I had withdrawn the bills from that the money was in fact legit, I went to the store with the exact same bills my mom was told were fake by your staff, and yall had no problem ringing me up barely analyzing the bill. Once I asked how come the bill didnt seem fake anymore the staff made up nonsense saying it wasnt the same bill. I placed all the bills she could possibly have given them in the counter and they stated the bills they were given werent there. That was the only cash my mom had on her. I had given her the cash that morning after withdrawing it from my bank for her to spend on the kids and her. After being proven wrong they still refused to give my mother and children an apology for discriminating against them and making false claims. This establishment not only discriminates but also lacks integrity. 4/6/23 Edit to add response since there isnt an option: Its disgusting how this establishment continues to lie about events and act as a victim. Of course I was upset, but when I went to the store I did not cause a scene. I had a conversation with the staff and was not at all aggressive. I did demand an apology for my mom and children which was denied by refusal to take responsibility and staffs ego. During the conversation the manager almost apologized to me and when she caught herself mid word I Apo- she rapidly changed what she was saying. Showing me that she knew what they did was wrong and still refused to apologize. My post on social media is very much my review here. You are a business if you dont want negative reviews treat everyone with dignity and respect regardless of how they look like. Cant believe yall are able to sell overpriced merchandise, but cant manage to buy a marker to identify counterfeit. My mothers can speak English but its not perfect what you expected her to do after she was treated the way she was? Ofcourse she she left. Why would anyone want to purchase from you after being treated the way she was. & Of course I went to the store to stand up for her. Yall made a huge accusation, but I believe in second chances so I went to give you the opportunity to make thing right by apologizing. Stop making excuses and its very distasteful how you replied to me apologizing but making yourself the victim. If yall had apologize to my mother and kids we wouldnt be here. My mother hadnt planned to visit the store that day, but atfter having lunch next door the kids asked for a small toy. It was supposed to be a pleasant day for my mom with her grandchildren and then yall decided to ruin that.
