I always go to this ulta and usually no problem! I decided to do an online pick up order since i was in a rush today, they emailed me a lipstick i wanted was out of stock no problem! When i got there i went and looked for a different color. Well there was the color i ordered with about 15 others of the same color. I used my gift card online when i ordered my pick up. They said my gift card was refunded since they said my lipstick was out of order. When i went to the front to cash out with said lipstick that was out of stock i used my gift card and they said there was no money on it since the refund would take days to come back. So had to pay out of pocket for the lipstick they said was out of stock. Not sure what the point of online ordering for pick up is if they dont even look for the item and just say its out of stock.

I went to Ulta looking for a specif product that unfortunately they did not have. They used to have a lot in the past (Vita Bath). One of their employees was very kind and helped me trying to find something that I like. And, I bought a product, she was very kind and very good doing her job. What I don't like about Ulta is that I have never received any sample, cumplimentary gift, any loyalty program reward. Therefore, they are not my first option. I ended up ordering the products I wanted from Vita Bath online.

Two trips in a row, I was never acknowledged. The shorter of these times I was trying to get an appropriate employees attention for 20 minutes. The second trip an employee came over helped two other women, both older than me, Id say at least mid-50s (Im late 20s). When she started helping the second person I asked if she could help me after, they were maybe 8 feet away, never got a response. That customer came back to the make-up section, the employee didnt. I finally gave up after 30 minutes. Id say I saw about 8 employees in the store, none in the make-up section.

I came to the store with my husband. Coming to look for oils for me to take on my next deployment. During my time in this store we was followed by a worker. Who than told others on that works there to watch out for us. He felt uncomfortable and i walked him out. I went back in to finish shopping and the same thing happened again to me. I got my items from the travel size section in the front. The girl then acted as if she was doing something in the front. When she was stocking the MAC section. After my purchase i looked around the last time her and the manager watched me as if i was stealing. Me and my husband both are high ranked service members. We come home from deployment to be treated like this

Everything you could want in cosmetics and beauty supplies - almost overwhelming for a non-girlygirl like myself! Initial salesperson was curteous and well-meaning, but didn't offer anything more than a vague answer to my question about where a product was located. When she didn't follow-up - the staff outnumbered customers - and I continued to wander in confusion, a different associate explained how the products were arranged, and stayed with me until I found what I wanted. I left happy and vowed to return when I had more time to explore. Parking lot was full - normal for Cotswold at 5pm
