Of course, there are the “tried and true” traditional spas, but there has been a rush of new health movements that have hit Charlotte as well. Want to try IV hydration therapy? Ever even heard of halotherapy? Charlotte’s got it all — and more.

Like something out of a sci-fi movie, True REST’S float therapy starts you off in a futuristic pod for a zero gravity, relaxing experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. You even have the option to float to the tune of relaxing music and multicolored lights.

Located in the Lake Norman area, Live Well Sauna + Salt exudes the same tranquility as its surroundings, offering a space where both physical and mental well-being are tended to.
