I was staying downtown in Charlotte for business and drove by this locale on the way back to the hotel. I stopped in the next two evenings and found a very comfortable and friendly local-feeling bar. I believe the first night was a Tuesday and I joined in on trivia with the people I sat down next to. Santa was there the next night, and I met another group and had another enjoyable evening. Beer options were good, staff was easy to look at and very friendly. :) They do not serve food...

This place has changed for the better. It has been some time since I have been here. Under the new name/ownership it is now great! Bartenders are attentive, courteous and all around great at their craft. I'm not sure how someone could give Jamie a bad review?! Jamie was fantastic! Music was on point (no it wasn't too loud) great crowd and just an all around excellent environment. I would recommend to anyone!
Unfortunately, we were visiting from out of town and were waiting on an uber. We had to use the bathroom and handle our monthly calling and in addition, it was pouring down rain. As we were waiting, we were asked if we needed help after 5 min of being inside. While we did not need help and responded kindly, as we exited, one of the employees of the bar followed us out with a sign stating, "Restrooms for patrons only. " While we both have worked in the restaurant/bar business and understand the sentiment behind the sign, where has any sense of humanity gone? We didn't disturb anyone and were in a mostly empty bar anyway. To be followed out in such a manner is insulting, disrespectful, and lacks any sense of understanding and empathy. Needless to say, we will never give any business there ever with such a 'welcome'.
Great place service is quick they know how to make there drinks. Always a great spot to hang out. They have pool table, beer pong, and other games.
Great relaxed vibe with attentive staff and entertaining games like beer pong and darts. Highlights include half-priced drinks on Monday, trivia on Wednesday and an electric atmosphere for any Seton Hall sports event.
