ANJU is great. We've loved Korean food since discovering it in our grad student days in Toronto, where we lived near a row of Korean restaurants. Haven't found many good Korean restaurants since those years, but ANJU is definitely one that stands out. Its dishes aren't laden with sugar in the way too many offerings in Korean-American restaurants are. The bulgogi has a mild sweetness but isn't cloying and dessert-like. The lavish use of toasted sesame as a seasoning is a hallmark of good Korean cuisine, and ANJU fits the bill. One of us chose the prix fixe set-menu lunch and found it wonderful. Lots of little banchan servings to go with a bowl of delicious soup, bulgogi and kale, and rice. The kimchee served with this lunch was just right. Two of us had japchae, one with bulgogi and one without, and thought it was delicious. The person who waited on us and the cook behind a half-screen were both extremely nice, courteous and friendly, and we appreciated the quiet restaurant with its spare minimalist furnishings.

We had such a great dining experience here. All of the food we had was so good and flavorful. We tried the dumplings, kimchi fries, fried chicken, pork belly, and rice cakes. We also had a really nice server who guided us on what were the best things on the menu. Will for sure be back!

The lunch set was so satisfying! My wife and I stopped in before our flight and the service was attentive, and we both had drinks and an appetizer with 2 set meals for only 70 bucks! Cant beat that! Not a drop or a grain of rice left behind !

This is my third time visiting here, and even with it being a Saturday night & very busy. All staff were attentive and caring and kind. The food is delicious, atmosphere is calm, and fun music. I cant wait to come back again!!

I absolutely love this Korean restaurant! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming every single time I visit the owner and the whole team truly makes you feel at home. And the food? Always delicious! I can never resist ending my meal with their mochi ice cream; it's my go-to dessert. This place has become my spot for late-night cravings, and their selection of alcohol is surprisingly great too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing food and warm service!
