Good service and great tasting cookies that are warm when you get them. Lots of different varieties. They also have drinks, and ice cream Parking is challenging at lunchtime but otherwise, everything else is great!

Never had insomnia cookies, but since we came across this dessert place figured give it a try, who would skip past a dessert place! - BUT, we did not have a great experience at all here! We placed our orders, which the cashier was having trouble placing exactly what we wanted. Shortly our order was placed, we waited over 30 minutes till another staff member stepped out and came up to ask what we ordered, which we give him our orders again. But he just kept coming back and forth, asking us to clarify our orders over and over again. Once he brought us our cookie sandwiches, it wasnt even assembled for one and there other one was just two cookies in a box.. without the ice cream..??? We were so confused after the amount of times we had to repeat to the same person what we wanted more than 5 times and it still came out incorrectly. He did end up adding the ice cream to the empty ice cream sandwich. Either way, we spent well over an hour 45mins at the store just waiting for a very expensive dessert trip - which we did not expect how pricey these sandwiches were! Our bill was $65 for 3 ice cream sandwiches. Although the picture looked great but the chocolate chip cookie was very hard. I wasnt able to capture my boyfriends and his nieces ice cream sandwiches but at least their cookies were soft.

Insomnia Cookies has truly outdone itself especially under its new management. From the moment you walk in, youre greeted with warm smiles and even warmer cookies. The customer service is impeccable; you can tell the new team genuinely cares about creating an amazing experience.

They have new management and its honestly a change for the better , previous employees/management were pretty bad but it has improved as well as the quality of their cookies ! I will definitely be back with my kids soon

Love thw cookies, but the customer service was so bad I give it 1 star. I came in to pick up my online order and the lady never said a single word. She was sitting down at the register, the chair had wheels, she scooted around and got my order and handed to me. Still never said not one word. I guess she could wait to get back on her phone.
