We Americans are absolute critical about our BBQ and let me tell you this place is the pinnacle of Great BBQ. The meats are all juicy and tender. But the ribs and burnt ends have amazing sweet and savory glaze crusts. Brisket is phenomenal. And the sausage links have out of this world crack to them. The sides hold up to the hype too. The lines are long but at least they have it set up as if youre in a tailgate or cookout environment. They even have fold out chairs for you to borrow and they sell coffee and breakfest tacos for the wait. They simply have it down to a T on every aspect.

The line gating (tail gating) was a unique experience. Free water jug, and a few beer cooler (limit 2 per person) for waiting. We got there at 9 am recieved our food at 1. The meats were good; a little sweet, brisket was over done but it was still tender. The sides are very disappointing. Mac n cheese no flavor, and lacked cheese. Tatertot casserole was the best! Baked beans were decent. Brisket fried rice was missing the wow factor. Dessert was good oreo & banana pudding.

This is the ultimate barbecue experience in the area. Do yourself a favor and get your lawn chair, pack up a cooler, and get out there early Saturday morning for some of the best damn barbecue you'll ever have. The variety is unbelievable and everything is top notch. I never thought I would go crazy for dirt pudding but I can't check these guys out without getting some for myself and others. The brisket is so juicy and their beef ribs are unlike anything I've ever had. And if you get there early and you're lucky enough to get some breakfast, you will not be disappointed.

All I can say is go early. We got there about 10:20 and we at the back of the line for about 10 minutes. I would guess there were 150 people ahead of us. It took a little over 3 hours to get in the door, but it did not disappoint. The staff here is hands down the best I have ever seen. I wish I had asked their names because they need props. And the owner is one of those guys you want to have a beer with. He came out and walked the line and spent time talking with different people. You can tell the staff love their job. They sold out of a few items, but that means I need to go back. Some highlights Mac and cheese, brisket, tacos, and oreo pudding. And can't forget free beer. It's truly an experience. And bring a camping chair.

This. Place. Changed the course of my life of barbecue. You will not find better execution of perfection in my honest opinion. Jong and team are what dreams are made of, where family, friends and food are genuinely the common goal for family owned trying to make a livin! PraiseGs!
