First timer and I will be back!!! I had the philly cheesesteak combo and it was delicious!! My partner had the kosher style combo and she enjoyed every bite!! Sandwich are massive plenty of meat they are not stingy with the portions. You definitely get your moneys worth! Very flavorful food, customer service was great the young lady helped with make our choice she was sooooo helpful, and parking isnt a hassle!!! The establishment was extremely clean even the bathrooms were well stocked and clean. I cant wait to revisit Lees Hoagie House in CLT such a great environment!! I do have one question. Why yall dont toast or steam the bread for the phillys?

I've been to this restaurant several times and I've noticed they don't have soda. I've been waiting for three weeks now and they still don't have beer. The food has been the same, but I don't know what's going on with them not having beer or soda for several weeks.

My first time here. Passed by it on my way to an event so I made a mental note to stop by on my way back. Was greeted by the cashier Conner who was awesome. Customer service was great and he was very helpful in helping me make a choice when I told him was my first time. The sandwich was delish. Fresh bread, veggies and meat. Very, very, very good. And they had a 100 grade rating. I havent been to a restaurant with a perfect score in years. Kudos to them!

Unfortunately the Hoagies are not the star of the show here. The WINGS are delicious because they are grilled then fried to perfection. The Honey Hot Wings are highly recommended. Customer service is always great at this location. Try the Wings, Onion Rings and chicken tender Wraps.

We decided to try this sandwich shop because weve noticed that Jersey Mikes and Firehouse Subs have been a bit light on the meat. Unfortunately, our experience here was similar. The sandwiches were quite average. I ordered a grilled chicken, and my wife chose a turkey with provolone. Both sandwiches seemed to have less meat than expected, and the flavor of my chicken was a bit bland. I requested Lees oil, but there was only a small amount, so I couldnt really taste it. We might not come back.
