Yesterday, I was looking for a sweet treat and arrived at Millkshake factory. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Mario. This was my first and he walked me through the menu and even gave me his favorite as well. I decided to go with Cookie milkshake and boy did elijah fixed my shake with perfection. You can tell he really enjoyed making this delicious treat it looked exactly like the picture. Even though it's was headache finding parking i definitely will be back because of the great customer services they provided me on my special day. Mario even let me know about trying a sample of the chocolate which cause me add a smores marshmallow to my order. Thanks so much for the good services.

This place is awesome!! The bark samples were so good! We got a variety of flavors! Strawberry, Brownie cookie, cookies and cream, vanilla - SO DELICIOUS! Clean, friendly service. You should go! Eat more ice cream! Haha

We visited The Milkshake Factory before Thanks Giving 2025 with the whole family and it was the perfect sweet stop. The atmosphere was energetic and clean, making it a great spot for a family outing. We tried two of their handspun milkshakes and they were both rich, creamy, and clearly made with high-quality housemade ice cream. Beyond the shakes, we couldn't resist the chocolate counter. We picked up some of their fresh chocolate barks and a package of S'mores to take home. Everything was deliciousthe bark was perfectly snapped and the s'mores were a huge hit with the kids. If youre in Charlotte and have a sweet tooth, this is definitely a must-visit!
