Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill

If you didnt know this place was here, youd drive right past it and that would be your loss. Everything is made fresh, right in front of you. The moment you walk up to the line, you can see the difference: crisp cucumbers, bright tomatoes, freshly chopped cabbage, creamy hummus, and perfectly seasoned chicken coming straight off the shawarma spit. Nothing looks tired. Nothing looks pre-made. Its real food. The pita is soft, the chicken is juicy with that perfect char from the rotisserie, and every bite actually tastes like something garlic, lemon, spice, smoke. Its one of those meals where you keep eating even after youre full because its that good. Clean setup, fast service, generous portions, and everything tastes fresh and balanced without being heavy. For a quick lunch or an easy dinner that doesnt feel like fast food, this spot seriously delivers. Hidden gem. Extremely tasty. Absolutely worth it.

Wonderful food and very kind staff. We drive an hour to eat here, its so good. Our son is a picky eater and he loves their tenders and fries. I always love the chicken bowl and super soft pita. Wife loves the steak. Get here and youll see!

Naf Naf Grill consistently delivers. The food is fresh, well-seasoned, and made to order, with plenty of options for different diets. The bowls and pitas are filling without being heavy, and the toppings bar is always clean and well stocked. Service is efficient and friendly, even during busy times. Its an easy, reliable choice when you want something fast that still feels like a quality meal. Highly recommend.

As someone who genuinely values entrepreneurship and the way local businesses can bring life into a community through service, I left Naf Naf feeling disappointed. Im not sure whether this is the effect of large chain franchising or simply a disconnect from the importance of customer care, but my first experience fell short. My teenage son and I were there for a simple mother son date. He placed his order and tried a sauce, later realizing it contained allergens. When he politely asked if it could be changed, he was told he would need to pay for a second order. When I asked for clarification, I was told this came from the manager. From a strictly transactional standpoint, I understand the policy. From a service standpoint, especially given it was our first visit and involved a genuine mistake around allergens, the response felt rigid and unwelcoming. Moments like these are opportunities for businesses to build trust and loyalty, especially with families. What lingered with me most was the feeling of being dismissed rather than cared for. I couldnt help but wonder whether the interaction would have felt the same if we were of a different race, and that concern stayed with me longer than the meal itself. I share this not to attack, but in hopes that leadership reflects on how policies are applied and how customers are treated in moments that call for empathy, flexibility, and human connection.

I got food from one of the locations in TN and was so excited to find a location closer to home. Today was the second time Ive been able to stop in and it did not disappoint. The shawarma is so flavorful, the falafel crispy, the veggies light and summery, and that garlic sauce. Ohthat garlic sauce. If I could buy a tub of it for my fridge, I would buy one every week. If you havent tried Naf Naf, you are doing yourself a disservice.
