Hands down some of the best food Ive had. I saw that someone else said pretty much the exact same thing and that should show you how good this place is. I can be very critical when it comes to food, so I was kind of blown away. I got the Buddha bowl and everything was seasoned to PERFECTION and so flavorful. This is going to sound dramatic but each component was like a full sensory experience. The hummus and falafel were ridiculously good, the best Ive had. When I came on a Saturday for lunch there was some great live music playing. Not too crowded. The staff here are super friendly and helpful.

I absolutely lovvveeee this place! I feel full, happy, and healthy when I leave here. Mind you, I usually leave with a to-go box. I have been going here since they have opened. Only a few veteran staff left but they are lovely I swear. Be weary of parking (unfortunately unless paid). As a charlotte native the rules change and leniency is no longer on our side. Cronuts (not pictured) are originally what brought me in. Then followed all the other desserts. Try a milkshake or the coconut based ice cream is new. If you are in CLT new to vegan or wanting to try it you should definitely check this place out, you will forget that it is vegan and finish the plate. Lunch & Dinner 10/10. Date night, groups. We love Oh My Soul as it's our go to Vegan spot. It's always a lively and energetic atmosphere and the staff is top notch! My only critiques would be that the outdoor seating area is tricky to walk through due to the loose gravel and the music is always a bit too loud. I know music volume is subjective so take that with a grain of salt. On the bright side OMS has delicious food and drinks. Give it a try even if you're not vegan. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

The food was excellent! The service was phenomenal! We got a chance to meet the owner and my husband and I were blessed and truly encouraged on our new journey of being vegans. We feel like we've found more than a new restaurant. We've found a new community of support. Thank you

The food here was really good and I would suggest definitely checking out Charlotte's 1st Charlotte's 1st vegan restaurant. the staff was really friendly. I would give the food an 8 out of 10 but the milkshake was on point and probably one of the best vegan milkshakes I've ever had. The jalapeno pepper poppers were also really good as well as the pumpkin fritters. This is coming from 1 guy 1 girl 2 vegans.
