The ramen here is phenomenal! They also give you a good portion which is really nice. Love the outside seating area too. Its cool even if its hot. The reason Im not giving a full 5 stars is because every time Ive been, the service has been so awkward? I can tell the servers both times were new and just SO nervous. Theyre so scared it seems. Which makes them forget things. Both times Ive had to remind the servers of things. I wanna tell them dont be nervous! Its just making you mess up and youre doing fine. Other than that, I love this place.

My boyfriend & I come here very often & love it, the concord location usually tastes better than the south blvd one but the service is honestly just not thereusually only 1 person serving all of the tables if the food werent so good we wouldnt come because its so bad sometimes. Weve tried to call for pick up once and three times in a row they picked up the phone, set it on the counter without saying anything & then hung up on us so we ended up going somewhere else for dinner. Wish the service would improve but if you want some ramen & arent in a hurry this is the place.

The food was excellent, but the service was even better! There was a staff member named Kevin I think his name was. His eyes were puffy and red, he had gills and looked like a fish but he was super cute :3 Will come back to see him again and maybe ask for his number!! XDD

We were quite excited to experience the most talked about ramen in Charlotte and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. What did disappoint was the cleanliness of the restaurants drink-wear. One of the cups served to us was not washed properly , it had the imprint of lips on it There was only one server working[ he was good] (although not his fault but managements) he was stretched thin from table to table

Come here all of the time and it's usually amazing. Walked in at 9:03 on a Thursday and they told me they were closed. It closes at 9:30 pm. I'm confused? We drove from south park to eat here! Thanks guys
