Each ticket that you purchase from us is a revocable license to attend a particular performance. You agree to not re-sell any ticket you purchase from us for more than $10 over the price printed on the ticket. We have the right to revoke license for a ticket, void the sale and retain a restocking fee, if we find that the ticket was resold or advertised to be resold for more than $10 over the price printed on the ticket. The Mecklenburg County mask mandate has been lifted as of 2/26/22. Masks are no longer required but are encouraged at the Boplex. Requirements may change at any time and without notice. Please check prior to the show for the most up to date guidelines. BPA may refund the purchase price, refuse admission or remove a guest from the venue for failure to follow any health and safety measures in effect at the time of the show.
