UNC Charlotte professor Heather D. Freeman discusses the creative connections and inspirations in Familiar Shapes, her feature documentary about social bots, early modern witches, misinformation, and how human behavior shapes them at McColl Center for Art + Innovation. Familiar Shapes Director of Photography and artist Hamilton Ward; Sean McCloud, Professor of Religious Studies; and Samira Shaikh, Professor of Cognitive Science in Computer Science—both from UNC Charlotte—will join the conversation.
