North Carolina-based but NYC born-and-raised Emanuel Wynter takes the stage at The Evening Muse in NoDa along with one of Charlotte’s strongest producers/MCs, YUNG Citizen. Wynter, a songwriter and vocalist whose primary instrument is the violin, makes smooth, jazzy and melodic neo-soul music backed by acoustic guitar and drums. Charlotte native YUNG Citizen has been producing beats and writing raps since he was 15 and recent singles of his including “OutKast” and “I Wish” have been staples of the local music scene.
