Jackalope Jack's & America's ToothFairy present: Smile Fest 2018
In Charlotte alone, there are 50,000 kids living at or below the poverty level. Sadly, basic oral health care necessities, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, and dental care are luxuries they simply cannot afford. That's why we're teaming up with Jackalope Jack's for Smile Fest 2018! Proceeds raised will help protect the smiles of local children in need. Join us and have a great time while promoting oral health for Charlotte youth!
For $15, guests will receive a bratwurst sandwich, one beer and pint glass to take home. Bring a new toothbrush and tube of toothpaste to be entered to win a Panthers Team Ball, signed by the entire team! Proceeds benefit America's ToothFairy and the local children we serve.
