10/10 Experience! When we first arrived we were greeted by Amie! She was so sweet and welcoming and made checking in a breeze! The rooms were very clean! The hotel staff was amazing and very professional! When we visit again we will definitely stay here from now on! Thanks so much for the amazing stay!

I have asthma so I have to be careful where I stay. This place is exceptionally clean (rooms and public areas). The air from the air conditioner smells clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly. This is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

I requested housekeeping for every other day and they came only once on day 4. I stayed for 5 nights. I brought up issue to Jose on my second night and he appeared to not be concerned with my issue. I brought it to his attention on day 3 still no resolution. Finally by day 4 they came and took out trash and brought clean towels. There was no alarm clock in room he could not produce one for me. Also I pulled a cup of hair out of shower drain. They charged 5 star prices 146.00 a night for 1 star service. Never stay again and probably done with using Hilton.

Very nice hotel and enjoyed my stay. Rooms were nice and clean and the continental breakfast was good also. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if ever back in the area.

The lobby is welcoming!! The decor chosen & modern style was very nice. The location was ideal... The rooms I feel should be a little more updated to match the daily price! Especially the little tiny televisions in the rooms. They weren't even the SMART tvs (See pic) The food service staff should be wearing hair nets & gloves when around and handling food. And have hand sanitizer in the designated area. I feel like people are getting away from JUST SIMPLE being healthy, clean, etc, especially around food!! So, I went to enjoy a nice hot bowl of oatmeal, and I was halted by a piece of hair. Needless to say, I went out to breakfast for the remainder of my stay. Overall the staff was great!

My family recently stayed at this hotel for the past weekend while visiting Carowinds Carolina Harbor water park. We love this hotel and stay here whenever we visit Charlotte. The rooms are always clean, the location is close to where I want to go, and the service is excellent. Mr. Jose remembers us and always makes us feel welcome at this hotel. My two boys always tell me that they want to go to Mr. Jose's hotel whenever we plan a trip to Charlotte. Also, Mrs. Martha keeps the breakfast filled up so that it is always hot and yummy. She is a pleasure to see on every visit. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

This was the best place I have EVER stayed in with disability accessible rooms. The room was so spacious to move wheelchairs around in, bathroom very accessible. Only thing that could improve is placement of shampoo/conditioner in shower. When someone disabled is sitting on a chair or wheelchair in shower, it's hard to reach over your shoulder to access hygiene products. Also, making waffles at breakfast was impossible from wheelchair and no one around to assist. I did absolutely love the room and staff!

This Hampton Inn at Ballantyne is in a great neighborhood and very close to the major highway can get you to Charlotte in about 20 minutes. Its close to several shopping centers that is very convenient for food and small items you need when traveling. The hotel is inexpensive but very nice and clean. People are friendly there. They provide complimentary breakfast and the atmosphere is very nice and the place is very clean. The hotel is at the up and coming greater Charlotte area. Everything looks new and brilliant here. This hotel has been operating for about 10 years but still looks so new so good!

This is our second visit to this location and it is just as great as the last. Special shout out to Jose at the front desk. He is kind, hard working and can balance a lot at one time. Thanks Jose for a job well done!

Newer hotel, nicely appointed. The rooms are nice sized, good sized bathroom, great water pressure, and very clean. The beds were a little firm for my liking, but still a good stay. Keys, and digital key, stopped working, mid stay on Wednesday, and apparently we weren't the only ones, as we overheard other guests complaining about it as well.
