I have visited this property often. I enjoy the exceptional customer service from "ROXANNE". She's very friendly and works well under pressure. I encountered alot of issues during my last stay. She helped resolve the issues expeditiously. I also spoke with the manager the next morning. He was also very friendly with excellent customer service skills. He definitely understood the situation and also handled everything very well. I've actually had good encounters with most of the staff at this property. I will say it's time for a refresher with interior and exterior. Hopefully, the stink bugs are no longer an issue. These bugs were everywhere I had to change my room. This was the first time I had an issue like this at this property.

There are way better options in the area so if youre reading this, PASS on this hotel. The room was a complete dump and extremely dirty (there was chunks of body hair all in the shower as an example). I spoke with Nikki a few times before arriving and she was wonderful and had great customer service skills, very cheerful and helpful. When we checked in March 24th at night, Nikki was unfortunately not working and we were greeted by a miserable and unfriendly staff who mumbled the whole time, rolled her eyes and looked at us as if she was extremely annoyed. Our room was close to the main road and it was EXTREMELY noisy and on top of that other guests were having domestic situations all hours of the night screaming, yelling and slamming doors. Animals were out of control on the rooms howling at all hours. Im surprise Marriott would put their name on this place, it was a complete dump and worst experience Ive ever had at a Marriott and hotel overall. I will return to this city but I will NEVER return to this hotel and make sure I tell everyone and anyone to avoid this place like the plague.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The room itself was a good size. It's nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, even a little desktop stove and kitchenette. Covid restrictions mean reduced services, however. Cleaning service is limited. Which probably explains the spider webs and amount of dust that has accumulated. The air conditioning seems like it was not working, although, to be fair, I did not give them a chance to fix it. If it had been hotter that night, I would have had a big problem tho. It's nice that they allow dogs, however, I could do without the extra $20 fee just because of that. The limited interaction we had with staff seemed pleasant enough. They seem like they care about their guests. So that's nice. I think I just expected a lot more for $100 bucks ($120 if you count the dog fee).

Rooms were clean. The parking lot is way to small. The shower head sat way to low to wash your hair. Glad we only had to stay 1 night.

Very disappointed with the quality of the room cleanliness. It was obvious that quality control was not in place for this room after checkout and before next rental assignment. There was glitter visibly present on the sofa in the room. The room simply didn't feel like it was well attended to regularly. The parking area was CLEARLY insufficient for the number of rooms and it looked like there were some long-term rentals on the property. Scottie was great at the front desk despite everything else that was well below Marriott Standards.
