Chef Collaboration with Chef Troy Guard

On Wednesday, March 25, Customshop hosts a one-night guest chef collaboration with chef Troy Guard of Guard and Grace and TAG Restaurant Group, alongside Customshop’s chef Andres Kaifer. The dinner features a collaborative menu from decorated chefs with multiple dishes from both kitchens — pairing Customshop favorites with select dishes from chef Guard and his team, giving guests an early taste of Guard and Grace ahead of its Charlotte opening. The experience is part of Customshop’s regular dinner service rather than a ticketed event. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis through Customshop’s OpenTable, with no promo code required. Plans are still being finalized, but the goal is an approachable, menu-driven evening that celebrates Customshop’s service and comfortable vibes while celebrating two acclaimed chefs in one space.
