This is the biggest scam ever. I booked a four star hotel through Priceline and on their website it had really nice photos, and when I arrived, it was the sketchiest motel with 2.5 stars (which is generous) . It looked straight out of a horror film and had what looked like black plastic covering the windows. I am a single female traveler and I would NEVER book a place where I would feel uncomfortable or unsafe . When I called Priceline to cancel and get a refund while in the parking not of this horror place, they refused to acknowledge that the hotel was misrepresented on their website. They did refund me the for the second night but as per the hotel policy they could not refund the first night because it was under 24 hours. I said I understood this but it was their mistake for misrepresenting or allowing misrepresentation of the location . They offered me 20% on my next booking , as if I would ever book with them again . Now Im out a nights hotel $ and stranded in a city having to pay for another .

Booked basic economy flight for Delta flight and no seat selection possible. We went back into the system and were able to re-book for main cabin and seat selection. We paid extra to do that however Priceline is saying the tickets are still basic economy even though we selected main cabin. We were charged the upgrade fee and went through the seat selection process and have the receipts to show it. Delta doesn't show our tickets in main cabin so we called Priceline who states our tickets are basic economy which doesn't allow seat selection. Priceline charged us the fee to upgrade and seat selection option. In order to change the ticket they want us to pay a cancelation fee of over $500 plus $99 to upgrade each ticket. There online system charged us the upgrade fee for seat selection even though Priceline says we don't have seat selection option. We have the receipt to prove it. How can a company charge you for seat selection and not provide it? This is a scam to get more money out of people and not deliver the product. If you charge a seat selection fee then you need to deliver on that promise we paid for already. We selected main cabin through the system but they claim it's basic economy which would not allow us to make a seat selection. Our receipt shows us paying for seat selection and the specific seats we selected and are supposed to be assigned. Never again booking with this fraudulent company charging us for what they don't deliver.

Booked A hotel reservation for three nights. Tuesday night I went back to my room and my key card will not open the doors. Went to the lobby told the lady and she said that I only have two nights and I got upset with her and said no, my check out is Wednesday morning. She told me to take it up with Priceline, and she was about not to let me go pick up my stuff out of the room. She was going to hold it hostage. After raising my voice a little louder, she decided to give me a new key card for an hour to Go and get my stuff out of the room. Seems to me price Line is nothing but a cheat. Cant get a hold of them on the phone. Keep getting an automated that sends you to nowhere and eventually hangs up on you. If youre reading this do not do business with Priceline, you will lose money and they will not refund you back.

So far, I have used Priceline to reserve a car and a hotel. I am very pleased with the car and hotel I reserved on their website. The website is user friendly. In addition, I like the review rating displayed for car rental agencies and hotels. The review rating is a contributing factor in my decision to reserve from which car rental agency and from which hotel. For the product, I give 5*. I had problems with my car rentals which was my error. I had no problem reaching a customer representative to resolve the problem. The representatives are courteous and friendly. For service, I give a 5*.

Someone stole my credit card to plan a vacation with Priceline. I received the reference number and hotel number but Priceline wouldn't release the hotel information because I didn't know the GUEST NAME!!!!! This theif stole my information and Priceline wants me to verify their name and travel dates. WTH?! I will never use Priceline for my future vacations because of the lack of intellegence and consideration they have.
