Yesterday, Rose Transportation took 8 middle schoolers and 2 adults to Black Mountain, NC for a camp drop off. The entire experience was professional, timely, efficient and the driver was polite and welcoming to our group. The van was very clean and tidy. I would definitely use Rose Transportation again and recommend them for all transportation needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rose transportation was awful. The drivers were rude. The bus was 2 hours late to pick us up and the original bus broke down. On the way back they replaced the original bus with a dirty nasty bus that smelt awful. The original bus driver told us not to speak to him until he was on duty and was very rude. So STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!

I am a student at a high school. Although I did not go on the trip this past week, Ive heard very bad things about the service. The drivers were rude, buses were filthy, and drivers were late. On behalf of our chorus program we WILL NOT be using Rose Chauffeured Transportation!! Have a great day!

My highschool chorus group went on a trip to New Orleans and we chose Rose Transportation to get us there. On the first day of the trip, the bus was supposed to arrive to school at 6:30am so we could get on the road at 7am, but the bus driver didn't even arrive to school until about 8:15am. The bus driver was not apologetic in any way. We switched off bus drivers in Atlanta, and the second bus driver was rude and disrespectful. When we arrived at the hotel that night, he gave us a whole speech on how we were not to speak to him in the morning and to wait until he was "on the clock". The next morning, he briefly apologized for what he said the previous night, but it was clear that he still didn't care that he was rude. At the end of the day when we were ready to leave the French Quarter, we learned that our bus broke down. We had to wait nearly an hour for another bus company to pick us up, not to mention we had to walk around the city trying to find where it was going to pick us up. We still had all of our belongings on the Rose Transportation bus. We got them back, but it was still an unpleasant situation. This company needs to learn some respect, and learn how to accept the fact that they were wrong.
