I guess I'm old fashioned, but I would care if one of my drivers was misrepresenting my company by being discourteous and impeding traffic (which is also ticket able if laws were being enforced). got bounced around to 3 different people when I called it in. the lady driving bus MC-08 west on I-20 is a prime example. driving professionals know this is part of the job, not a good time to forget how to be in society.

This is the best car service EVER! Fonshae who assisted me with my initial booings & then the Charlotte driver & Mohammed in NY were on time, professional & stayed in constant communication with me on my multiple rides. The sedans were spotless. Top Notch service for sure!!

The service we received was Outstanding! Vivian was our reservation specialist and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I needed, made excellent suggestions and was able to get me set up with two buses and two cars. She made me fill at ease during the entire process and we were able to be sure all our guests felt safe with social distancing during this difficult time. And the great news is the outstanding service didn't stop once they got my reservation. We utilized Rose Transportation on 8/1/2020 with four different vehicles that needed to arrive at different times and different locations. All four arrived not just on time but early! All four drivers were courtesy, safe drivers and made sure that everyone was taken care of. It is not very often that you find a company that provides this kind of customer service from the first phone call until the last person was dropped off. Even though we used Rose Transportation for a larger event I would definitely use them for any type of transportation in the future. I really appreciate their entire team for helping make our event successful!
