The two wonderful ladies in the front were extremely polite and helpful. They were very welcoming and engaging. The Petty's collections and memorabilia were astonishing and impressive. From the NASCAR's to the gun collection was so cool to see up close. If you are a NASCAR fan this is a must see if you are ever in North Carolina. Coming from Texas this was a treat for everyone in the family to experience.

Although the information on Google said they were open Saturday...but they were not. But it was still a memorable experience... Still lots to see...the Petty homestead... Met Mark Petty, Richard's nephew who was very nice. Talked with Jesse through the fence for over an hour... Shared some great stories and insight. Made the trip worthwhile. Was just amazing just to be there. Thank you to Mark and Jesse certainly looking forward to my next visit to see the rest of the facility...! All the best and God Bless. An absolutely great place with great history and staff. Also, you never know who you may find hanging around. I met Thad Moffett and Dale Inman while I was there. And shortly after we left The King himself came in and signed a hat I had left.

This was my third visit to the Petty Museum. The collection of "The King's" guns is spectacular and the display of cars, trophies and memorabilia is spectacular. Of course, it was a special treat to meet Richard in person.
