We were in Charlotte for my son's graduation and had been eating at the buffet next door ( delicious by the way) we wanted to take our 3 year old and 3 teenagers somewhere to have some fun and burn off energy. We had a 3 yr old 15 yr old 17 and 18 yr old my husband late 30s also jumped too ( I had the baby) so this place can be fun for everyone not just the younger ones. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the security guard even told our grads congratulations. Not sure if we'll have the opportunity to return but we definitely would if we are in the area. We had the most amazing time at Big Air celebrating my daughter Zoey's 9th birthday on May 16th, and it would not have been the same without two incredible team members Alex and Aziz! Alex was absolutely fantastic at coordinating the kids' wristbands and making sure every child was ready to jump and play. She kept everything organized and flowing perfectly, which meant the parents could sit back, relax, and actually enjoy the party. Her energy, patience, and warm personality had all the kids smiling from start to finish. Aziz was equally phenomenal he handled all the food and cake distribution with such efficiency and care. Everything was served at just the right time, and when the birthday cake came out for Zoey, he made it such a special moment. You could genuinely feel the effort and heart he put into making sure everything was perfect. Together, Alex and Aziz made Zoey's 9th birthday truly unforgettable. Big Air is lucky to have them both! We will absolutely be back.

My 3 year old daughter LOVES Big Air! We have always had a great experience, especially on Sunday mornings for toddler time. So we decided to host her birthday party here and Big Air did not disappoint!! The staff were fantastic -- helpful, communicative, and friendly from start to finish. Our party manager Kam was absolutely incredible. She handled setting up the decor we brought in, got us two more pizzas at the last minute, and managed a gaggle of small children with ease. :) The worst part about the experience was dragging our daughter out the door -- she was having way too much fun!

Great experience hosting my daughters birthday at Big Air! Booking was simple with excellent options. One hour of jump time was the perfect amount of energy-burner for the younger kids before pizza and cake. Our host, Ava, was excellent and kept everything running smoothly so we could actually enjoy the party. Manager Alex was also incredibly helpful and easily accommodated our extra guests. Highly recommend this venue for a stress-free kids' party!
