It doesn't matter if you have a 3K antique watch or a $10 watch from Wish. (I came with both), my watches were treated with equal care. The staff knew what they were talking about. They didn't mind that I brought my watches wrapped in a towel. They made me feel valuable, listened to what I needed, and provided creative solutions that were beyond financially reasonable. (Watches from wish, remember?) They even got my antique Omega up and running with a simple fix. I would highly recommend Epic Times to anyone who needs watch repair!
