I had a layover in Charlotte and decided to stop in The Body Shop. The salesperson, Coco, provided excellent customer service which prompted me to purchase several products. Cocos friendliness and positive attitude made a difficult travel day seem less annoying.
Staff are always pleasant and helpful. This location doesn't seem to be very busy and I'm always in and out quickly. They have no issue exchanging my burned out wallflowers.
Just landed at airport from New York . I had one hour break so I decided to go to body shop. There was a lady there not willing to help . I am huge body shop fan and plus I buy a lot. I asked her if there is any sale going on . She did not help at all and kept looking at me like y I am even standing there . There was other lady there too who was trying to ask something but she did not pay attention. Last year when I came there was some other person who really helped. Body shop please change this person otherwise u have to close ur shop. Good luck

So inside the CLT Douglas store there was a young lady named Nirvana who was just the best. I'm a picky shopper and I was nervous about flying, the 5-10 minutes I spent in that store with her helped alot. She was patient with me and was able to help me find just the right scent. It was a soothing experience to what had been a nerve racking day. I just wanted somebody to know that Nirvana is what customer is all about. I greatly appreciated her!
