On Sunday we arrived with a large group who were all purchasing multiple cigars and items. Before we entered the store we asked if we could bring drinks inside and we're told ok. When we returned the guy said if you spill a drink I will throw your asses out. He didn't have to we left. Rather than deal with that jerk we went to another store and had a much better experience... I would avoid this location and go to the other ones without that guy ....Not recommended.

This was our second time here. The first time, we had horrible service. This time, it was awesome. Great menu. Literally, the menu is digital on iPad with pictures. So you see what you are getting with detailed description. I would give 5 stars, but as you can see in the picture, grapes are not fresh. I expect only the best from a place like this.

The Tinder Box has always been the best cigar spot in Charlotte NC. I've been visiting this location for many years and always impressed with their collection and offerings of cigars and the knowledgeable staff. The humidor is always stocked, organized, and well maintained with something for everyone from entry level to niche and rare cigars. I have always felt welcome by owner, those who work there and will continue to support this local establishment hopefully for many more years.
