Bisontes is a tasty buffalo style place. Pizza is always good. The breadsticks with mozzarella cheese is our favorite appetizer. It is on the expensive side, but you can taste the quality in the ingredients they use. One of my pet peeves are places that charge a service fee when you pay with cash. Im fine if paying with credit card, but cash should not be charged a service fee. Bisontes and Marios pizza down the road both do this, but I dont know anyone else that does when paying cash.

We drove about 25 minutes to visit Bisconte in Matthews after seeing so many positive reviews and articles calling it one of the best pizzas in Charlotte. Unfortunately, our experience didnt live up to the hype. We ordered two pizzas, wings, mozzarella sticks, and fries. We waited 35 mins for our food. The pizza was decent, but nowhere near what those glowing reviews suggested. The wings were dry, the mozzarella sticks looked and tasted frozen, and the fries were soggy. One additional downside is that prices are not listed directly on the menuyou have to scan a QR code to view them, which isnt very convenient. Overall, this visit was disappointing, and I wouldnt recommend the Matthews location based on our experience

Visiting Charlotte this week to see our son and his family we ordered pizza last night I usually dont eat pizza because well it usually sucks. But this place was amazing Id never heard of buffalo style pizza and it was everything the google description said . The flavor of this pizza was like nothing Id ever had . This pepperoni is no typical or average it was divine . The garlic crust was beyond any pizza crust I have ever eaten and the toppings were abundant we ordered a meatloaves with onions and a pepperoni if one of these places existed in Jacksonville fl Id be in trouble . Thank you to the staff for such amazing pizza

Very good pizza. Crust was amazing. You order at counter and they bring it to you. It was fast and we had no wait during weekday lunch time. Staff were all super nice. I would definitely say try this pizza especially is you like really cheesy pizza. Kids can also watch while they make pizzas. We really enjoyed this place during our visit and I recommend to try. Normal prices.kid friendly.also you can eat outside if you so like

Just left Bisontes and our experience was great! Service by Morgan was PHENOMENAL, as always. Food came out quick and everything tasted amazing. Love the subs especially the assorted or italian. Pizza tastes just like the pizza at one of our favorite Buffalo spots. Its definitely worth trying!!
