Link & Pin really surprised me, and it was only there soft opening. Parking wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I parked in the lot across the street(not sure if I was supposed to or not but I didn't see any signs) and they also are attached to a parking deck. It's easy to find in South End. First of all, the decor was amazing. There is plenty of seating, but each area of the restaurant feels like it's own separate restaurant. Great job accomplishing this feel. You really feel like you could be in New York or something. The food was also great. We went for brunch, so I'll have to go back to confirm how the dinner menu is, but we did order about 1/2 of the brunch menu. The poutine and steak and eggs were a few favorites. The pop tarts were also a tasty treat. Prices are on the high end, but during our visit our expectations were met. I'll be back.

Stopped in for lunch working nearby. Got a table quick and the server was very attentive. Have a slightly smaller lunch menu then dinner menu, I just ordered some chicken tenders as nothing else was calling to me. Chicken was very well Cooke, and fries were great. Price was pretty fair for what you got, seems like this might be a nice spot for a drink, but for what's on the lunch menu it seemed a little over the top for fanciness.

We had a fantastic experience here!! We went with our family and tried just about every shareable and each was delicious. The ambiance was perfect and the atmosphere was classy. The drinks were on point, and the executive chef, James, was extremely friendly and helpful us pick the perfect entree. We will be back to try all of the entrees!!!

We found this place while searching for vegan options in Charlotte. We arrived at 6:30 pm on a Saturday, there was free parking in a safe parking deck that was adjacent to the restaurant. We were immediately impressed with the atmosphere and warm friendly customer service of the staff. There was a 30-45 min wait and we were escorted to a cocktail lounge where we waited for our table. The service was amazing, they have a vast drink menu with many top shelf options. Once our table was ready we found several appetizers we could eat, they were really good and large enough to share. Our servers were genuinely friendly and the manager stopped by several times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. By 8 pm the place was packed but it never felt crowded. The service was prompt.and the food was hot. The ambiance was really nice...romantic and sophisticated but not stuffy. I recommend this place with 5 stars. Prices are what you'd expect for a nice dinner lounge, but not too expensive.

This was my first visit and I loved it. The customer service was great and the food was phenomenal. I especially loved the oysters, tuna tartare and Brussels sprouts. I wasnt crazy about the bread pudding (too dry) but that didnt stop me from giving the place 5 stars. Ill definitely be going back!
