I've never had Carolina BBQ before but really wanted to try some out on a long layover at CLT. Noble Smoke was amazing. We sat outside and the hostess was kind enough to adjust the umbrella without us asking. The server (Armani) was wonderful. He was very personable, nice, and answered my questions about the menu easily. I had the brisket, pulled pork, western slaw, and fried okra all of which were excellent. They had three different sauces, all of which were great and accentuated the meat. My favorite was the sweet smoke. If I'm ever in Charlotte I'll be coming back.

First time here and will definitely be back. Quality and delicious BBQ and the sides were on point (try the vinegar slaw and the pickled beets and veggies). Service and vibe were great, and the restaurant itself was large and accommodating. It has a great patio outdoor area with a lot of seating. Large drink menu as well, lots of beers. Cant wait to come back again!

Take out order. Pulled Pork, Ribs, Brisket and Collards were AMAZING. Brisket was phenomenal on it's own. If must have with sauce try it with 'how it all started' sauce. You cannot go wrong coming here. Enjoy!!

For the most part, the meal was hot and fresh. The place is really busy, but they are accommodating, and it looks great, as if they took their time putting everything together. The dessert, which was some sort of pie, was not worth ordering, but my kids enjoyed the Mac and cheese. The sauces were terrible, in my view, as they were too tangy and very runny and we got gum on our clothes from under the table. It wasn't entirely their fault; perhaps a single individual had simply placed it there earlier before us. In my view, the cuisine was not worth the money, and while I enjoy a good smokehouse, I did not fall in love with this one. Oh, and don't add any more sugar to the lemonade, way too sweet.

Loved the patio here - spaced out and with big umbrellas. Wish the servers kept a bit more distance though (covid). Large, local beer menu of NC brews. And all the food we ordered was absolutely perfect (turkey, pork, corn, Mac and cheese bites, okra, pickled veggies). The 1/4lb meat portions were just right to pair with all the sides, and were surprisingly affordable. We will definitely be back.
