The food here is so great! Very family friendly and is able to accommodate larger parties. I would recommend going earlier in the day or in the evening than we did and enjoy the outside patio area with market lighting and fun music. Very cute hole in the wall kind of place. Will definitely be going here again. The macaroni and cheese (pictured) is on the spicy side which is something I didnt expect. The green beans were a little bland for my taste however most people prefer them that way. The mashed potatoes have garlic in them and were not my favorite. The fries, fried pickles, and chicken tenders were the best.(also pictured) The burgers (not pictured) were about as good as a burger can get. But the best part was the desserts. Our table had a rootbeer float, a Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookie milkshake, a strawberry milkshake, and a blueberry cobbler. (Most of which arent pictured because they were closing and packed them to-go).

Cool place. I went for brunch on Sunday morning. It was a good value and experience overall. I do have some complaints though. We waited by the front door for like 10 minutes before seeing a hostess even though there were several open tables. The brunch was a buffet which was cool. Each time I went to the line I had to go through about 4 dirty plates before I could find a clean one in the pile.

This was my first visit and it could not have been any better! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. The staff was super friendly, anticipated our every need, and I can not say enough great things about this place! After my fantastic meal I got a chocolate malt, and it was immediately in contention for the best one Ive ever had. Drop what youre doing and go to Pikes!

Authentic old fashioned soda shop cuisine with a twist. This place is a staple in Charlotte so if you haven't been, you need to! The food is based on an authentic style soda shop with a chef-inspired twist. For example, I had the Honey Pecan Fried Chicken with broccoli casserole and buttermilk mashed potatoes, which is something I will definitely be returning for. While it may sound like just comfort food, the high-quality ingredients along with hand crafted dishes and sides makes this place the ideal stop for a drive up, diners and dives show since it's clear they take pride in their food and making it unique. The interior is decorated just like an old fashioned soda shop, just with more room and modern amenities. The outside seating area looks great as well, though we didn't sit there. The service is terrific with a very personal feel and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be going back again in the near future!

Pike's absolutely rocks! Best milkshakes in town, mile high chocolate cake, Turkey Rueben, thanksgiving dinner all year round - need I say more?
